杰德控制系统工程研究中心隶属华北电力大学控制科学与工程学院。中心前身是成立于1995年的CAE实验室，在此基础上结合重大科研项目，2001年至2004年期间成立了山东鲁能控制工程有限公司华电研发中心，为适应更加广泛的技术合作的需要，2005年6月更名为杰德控制系统工程研究中心。2007年3月29日，在该中心的基础上成立了北京华电杰德科技有限公司，该公司隶属华北电力大学高新技术企业。目前，中心已经形成了结构合理、团结奋进、充满活力的学术梯队，拥有博士生导师1人，教授/副教授/博士8人，博士研究生22人，硕士研究生32人。

Jade Control System Engineering Research Center, which is a high technology researching department of Control Science & Engineering School at NCEPU. Its predecessor is CAE laboratory, which was built in 1995. In June of 2005, the center was officially renamed to “Jade Control System Engineering Research Center” for carrying on more extensive technology cooperation.

At the present, we have around 8 associate professors/PhDs, 16 PhD students and a further 31 master students working in these researching areas.

10年来，中心在电力生产的自动化、信息化方面做出了不俗的成绩，为众多火力发电企业提升竞争力提供了有效的技术支撑。特别是在分散控制系统、火电站仿真机系统、火电站厂级监控信息系统等方面享有较高的声誉。

For the recent 10 years, we have got a great achievement in the aspects of automatization and communication related to electric power, and gained a great reputation in Discrete Control System, Simulation System and Information Supervisory System.

近五年来中心完成和在研的科研项目三十余项，其中八项成果已经投入使用，获得省部级奖励2项，出版著作4部，发表论文200余篇，其中70余篇被SCI、EI、ISTP检索。

We have made great successes in more than 20 scientific research projects, 6 of them have been completely implemented by other factories and organizations, 2 of them obtained prizes of provincial levels. In addition, 2 publications and more than 200 dissertations have been published, 50 of them have been indexed by EI, ISTP.

中心与俄罗斯莫斯科动力学院、圣彼得堡理工大学、英国曼彻斯特大学、澳大利亚墨尔本大学、加拿大多伦多大学、清华大学、山东大学、东南大学、浙江大学等国内外著名大学开展了广泛的学术合作与交流。同时坚持走高科技与电力生产实际紧密结合的道路，与包括国电南京自动化股份有限公司、山东鲁能控制工程有限公司、西安热工研究院等高科技企业以及许多火电企业开展了广泛合作，为高新技术的推广应用做出了杰出贡献。

Mainly, we are proceeding successful cooperation with St.Petersburg Polytechnical University, Moscow Power Engineering Institute(TU), University of Toronto, University of Manchester, Tsinghua University, Shan Dong University. So we are gladly looking forward to seeing you studying or working with us.
